Casket Cinema rides the political film wave and hangs a ten with a screening of, “The Best Democracy Money Can Buy” by Rolling Stone investigative journalist and filmmaker Greg Palast. The filmmaker deep dives into the Republican dark operation called “Crosscheck”. The secret purge list that claims to have millions of voters that voted illegally in 2016 and may in 2018. 

The director films this in a film noir style that deploys hidden cameras and an assistant cast as “Badpenney”. They jet around the country to expose ’Crosscheck’ with special guests; Ice-T, Richard Belzer, Shailene Woodley, Rosario Dawson, Willie Nelson and Ed Asner, This crew shines light on the darkest schemes of the billionaire class as they tarnish America’s democracy.
