Casket Cinema kicks off its’ 12th season with the Oscar nominated film “RBG”. RBG profiles supreme court justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Filmed when the justice was 85 years old, this documentary reveals the public and private life of one of the most groundbreaking justices the court has ever seen. This film is as timely as the embattled liberal justice is currently fighting cancer.

At the age of 85, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has developed a lengthy legal legacy while becoming an unexpected pop culture icon. But the unique personal journey of her rise to the nation's highest court has been largely unknown, even to some of her biggest fans – until now. RBG explores Ginsburg's life and career.

Special Guest

The special guest for this Casket is Heather Allison, president of ERA MN.  She will discuss the film with Casket Cinema co-founders Mark Wojahn and Wilbur Ince after the screening.
