Casket Cinema kicks off it’s 18th season with a special night of filmic montage with scenes from eleven movies of San Francisco filmmaker Craig Baldwin. Baldwin is a juggernaut of experimental and found footage mayhem and is the whirling dervish behind one of the longest running experimental venues, the Bay Area’s Other Cinema. His work is in the realm of recombinatory forms of cinema, performance and installation. We will be showing shallow and deep cuts from Time Bomb, Flick Skin, Stolen Movie and many others…
These films and others will play on October 2nd at 8pm. The special guest will be the director himself, Craig baldwin, he will converse with Casket Cinema co-founder Mark Wojahn via zoom after the screening. This will be a very rare and unique event and not to be missed screening for anyone who loves experimental film.
